Julie Bank came to our small shelter in Northern California during a time of incredible change and transition. We were in need of someone to help improve many aspects of our daily operations to increase efficiency and to streamline our practices. With Julie’s guidance and passion, we have been able to see a huge increase in our adoption program, as well as a more smoothly operating shelter on all levels. Julie provided both group and individual training for our shelter staff and board and shared with us her many years of expertise. Julie was there for our team, offering constant support and assistance, during some especially difficult times. We have all learned and grown so much under her guidance and will be forever grateful to her!
